Re-elected Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has denied reaching any agreement with President Bola Tinubu in exchange for supporting his 2027 re-election bid.

Adeleke said his support for Tinubu is based on their shared Yoruba and South-West background, adding that he wants the President to continue his development efforts in the region.

The governor, who won 511,067 votes in Saturday’s election, however, said he would fully support Tinubu in 2027 and work with APC members, including his former rival, Bola Oyebamiji.
