The Deputy Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mojisola Meranda, has urged councillors to avoid turning legislative oversight into a tool for confrontation.

Speaking at the Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area Legislative Week, Meranda said councillors should remain accessible to their constituents and focus on effective service delivery.
