The All Progressives Congress (APC) is set to convene a National Executive Committee meeting on July 24 in Abuja to determine the future of its leadership.
The meeting will address whether Deputy Chairman (North) Ali Bukar Dalori will continue as acting national chairman or if a new chairman will be appointed before the upcoming national convention.
This decision comes after former APC National Chairman Abdullahi Ganduje stepped down for health reasons.
The party’s Deputy National Secretary, Festus Fuanter, indicated that the National Working Committee is also preparing for upcoming by-elections and working actively to secure victories for APC candidates.
